Natural Collection
The robust characteristics of the Natural collection now feature in an extended product range that is suitable for
most working conditions. Integral to the collection, the ‘Natural’ sole design has been developed to be a natural
extension of the body with a broad stable footbed and comfortable toe shape. Retaining Bata Industrials unique
Tunnel System® in the heel the ‘Natural’ sole design also features cushioned dual density polyurethane soles on
the outside and PU cushioned insoles on the inside. Surety and comfort under foot are fully optimized in the new
Natural collection from Bata Industrials.
Natural Sole Technology
Bata Industrials Natural collection features Bata’s unique Tunnel System® in the heel. This cavity slightly
deforms upon impact to absorb the force of heel strike across a larger surface area. This built in shock
absorber thus spares the joints but by spreading the load also gives the heel extra stability. Developed with
Prof. W. Baumann, professor in biomechanics, Tunnel System® is highly effective in generating energy return
and reducing workplace injuries and accidents..
