- Once you have returned the shoes please Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after 7 days to check on the progress.
- Customer service will send back a email with a return authorisation number within 7-10 working days.
- You may return your purchased item, within 30 days of delivery for a refund excluding freight costs (unless it is a warranty issue or you have received the wrong goods).
- Return freight must be paid by the customer unless it is a warranty issue or you have received the wrong goods.
- Returned items must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage, and they MUST be in the original packaging, so take care when opening your purchase.
- Items must not be used, they can be opened, hygienically tried on with care.
- You should expect to receive your credit or refund within 2-4 weeks.
